When you enquire about our property management services, we collect information so we can respond and help with your property plans.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, phone number, property suburb and any details you choose to share about your property or the help you’re looking for. We also keep relevant correspondence and notes from our conversations.
How we use your information
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, discuss our services, provide information you request and manage our follow-up with you.
Submitting an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to our newsletter.
Systems we use
We use Meta to collect enquiries through Facebook and Instagram lead forms, Monday CRM to manage enquiry details and follow-ups, and Microsoft Outlook for email correspondence.
These providers also handle information under their own privacy policies.
Access and security
We use individual staff logins and two-factor authentication. Our external IT firm manages and supports these systems.
Our staff and external IT support may access enquiry information where needed for their work. Apart from these people and the service providers described above, we do not share enquiry information with other parties.
Keeping your information
We do not currently have a set retention period for enquiry information.
Your preferences and questions
Please contact Kelly if you would like to update your details, stop receiving follow-ups, or ask about accessing, correcting or deleting your enquiry information.
