I grew up in Melbourne’s north and have over 20 years of property management experience. I run Marks Property Specialists hands-on and I’m generally the first person you’ll speak to when you call.
We have particular experience with new builds, from PCI and handover through maintenance and warranty periods. Whether you’re preparing for handover or have already received the keys, we can talk through your property and how we can help.
